Growing up in the mountains surrounding Missoula, Montana, I developed a passion for historical architecture at an early age, beginning with a deep affinity for crooked ghost towns and architectural casualties of the mining boom. After living abroad and eloping in a walnut orchard in the south of France, I moved to Oregon with my husband, Timothy, in 2010. There, I further pursued my passion through working in the design/remodel field in Portland, which ultimately led me to my calling as a real estate broker. In early 2014, my husband and I purchased a dilapidated 1908 bungalow in St. Johns, and spent the next several years restoring it from top to bottom. In 2016 we sold our little bungalow and purchased our next project/home in McMinnville, Oregon, where we currently reside with our daughter Juniper, dog Winston, and cat Oscar. We absolutely love life in Yamhill County. Our ultimate goal is to build an eco-friendly home and hobby farm (with a small vineyard, of course) on the outskirts of McMinnville.
My experience in design and restoration has given me a distinct advantage as an agent. I pride myself in the hard work and dedication that I provide for all of my clients, whether they are selling a multi million dollar estate, or purchasing their first home. For sellers, I am an extremely valuable resource for home staging consultation, and have realized increases of 17% in sales prices for my clients. For buyers, I go above and beyond to find the perfect home, staying on top of the market to make sure my clients are always first in line. Having guided many clients through these processes as well as experiencing them first hand, my clients can rest assured that they are in great hands when they choose to work with me. Give me a call anytime, let’s grab a coffee and talk real estate!!!
Client Review (January 26, 2018)
"I met Caitlin through a friend when I was just beginning the process of buying my first house. She answered many of my questions and really put me at ease. As a single home buyer, it was also really nice to have her second opinion on different spaces, repair prospects and future value. She was just the right level of persistent to keep things moving forward and really put the time in to search for houses that met my needs. When we found The One, she was very resourceful in looking into potential issues and was a great negotiator, which was probably helped by her recent experience in the Portland market. Offers on the house were very competitive and Caitlin was able to advise me on how to make my offer as attractive as possible...and after some negotiating, it was accepted! The house closed really fast and she was very responsive, knowledgeable and efficient with signing documents, arranging (and attending!) the inspection and finishing things off at the title company. I always felt like a 100% priority client when working with Caitlin, even as a financially restricted first-time buyer. It was also really nice to have someone to call with all kinds of questions, from quotes on repairs, to real estate values next to schools, to financing options, to "vibes." I had a great experience buying my first home and couldn't recommend Caitlin more highly to buyers of all kinds."

I do know several realtors in other counties and she is now my favorite to work with. I'm certain that everybody that has worked with her already feels that way too.
Now that we know her, it's obvious that her other reviews perfectly describe her and all that she brings to a real estate project-
