Hillsboro
Hillsboro is a vibrant city in Washington County (with some of its rural parts in Yamhill County). From its scenic parks and trails to its thriving cultural scene, Hillsboro has something for everyone. Located close enough to the hustle and bustle of Portland (just 20-30 minutes), but far enough away to enjoy the slower lifestyle.
Hillsboro is the home of technology company Intel, making the city part of what's called the "Silicon Forest". This is a large contributing factor to why residents move to the area - Intel's Hillsboro location employs approximately 17,000 people.
